1. Definitions

Goods refer to floral arrangements, gifts, and other items sold on our website.

Order means a request to purchase Goods from Us.

2. Cancellation & Changes

Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup.

Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase (before delivery) are eligible for a refund in the form of Dede Store Credit (valid for 12 months).

No cancellations or refunds are possible once preparations have begun (within 48 hours of delivery).
3. Refund Policy

Store Credit Only: Approved refunds will be issued as Dede Store Credit for future purchases (non-transferable).

Cash refunds are not available after order confirmation.

No refunds for:

Perishable Goods (flowers, plants, etc.) unless damaged upon delivery.

Custom/personalized orders.
-
Goods not returned in original condition.

Orders canceled after the 48-hour window.

Incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

4. Returns & Product Issues

Damaged/Unsatisfactory Goods: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. If validated, we will replace the bouquet on the next available date.

Non-Perishable Items: Eligible for return within 7 days if unused, in original packaging.

Return Shipping:Â You are responsible for return costs. We recommend insured/trackable shipping. Refunds require receipt of returned Goods.
5. Gifts

If marked as a gift, returns will be issued as gift credit to the recipient.

If not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.
6. Important Notes

Fresh flowers are natural; slight variations in color, size, or design are not defects.

No refunds for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences after confirmation.
